Room tour-Sims edition!

Hello everyone and all my fellow simmers out there! 

Sim edition room tours seem to be a low-key trending Sims video right now in the youtube community and since I don't make videos, I thought I could do a post about it instead. It came out very similar to my actual room. I am actually finally moving out on my own in a few months and just for the heck of it I might do another one when I move. But for now...my room Sims style!

Room theme: Red, white, black (I try to keep my room in a minimalist way, very simple, clean, and not much clutter)

Furniture: All furniture is black wood and purchased from a local furniture store

Share my room with My cat (named Boots Kitty),  Betta fish(Twin tail half moon, named Murdock), and my 2 hermit crabs (Purple Pincher land Hermit Crabs named Hermy and Sheldon). 

Details:

 I am lucky to have a pretty big bedroom, the biggest I have ever had in fact. My dad is Military so I used to move a lot and have lived in many homes and apartments throughout my 23 years of life. My room is actually shaped a little odd IRL because it's above the garage, because of this I had to use a normal square to design my room in the Sims and it came out looking very very similar to my room and I am so happy with the outcome! Above my bed, I actually have a DIY thing I did. 

It's 3 black picture frames from the dollar store, The middle frame has a red A in the middle with a black design on it that I did, and the two frames next to it have wall stickers of dandelion flowers and dragon flies. I will admit, I am terrible when it comes to laundry and let it pile up before I finally get to it. I only have one bedside table, and there is always a book or crossword puzzle on it! In front of my bed is a cute carpet that is ombre going from white to black and it was only $5 (It's longer and wider IRL)!

So I have my bookcase and dresser next to each other. Over my bookcase, my TV sits on top. I am an out of the box pop figure and blind bag character collector and the first shelf of my book case actually displays the ones I have so far and the rest is books. I have 3 total shelfs in the book case and the 2 shelfs with books are 2 rows of books and then some on top...I'm out of book room and wanting a new book case, not even all my books are there! Anyway, ontop of my dresser I have my Betta Fish Murdock (named from the TV show Daredevil) and on the other end an old jewlery box that's been passed through my family for a few generations. 

Against the wall and details:

The small door is my actual door, and then the double doors represent my closet. The closet is actually super small so I am happy I have my dresser. I have my desk where my hermits tank currently is and my desk actually has a shelf that is raised in the back and basically looks like below but would be slightly lower. Next, to the closet, I have my cats cat tower which my brother and dad actually made themselves! All of his cat things are next to that as well. I have a fresh water filter bowl for my cat that sits next to the cat tower. The bottom of his cat tower holds his litter box so it gives my cat privacy and isn't an eyesore for me. 

DISCLAIMER: I am in no way bragging about anything I have mentioned in this post! I am extremely grateful and blessed for what I have and I do not take it for granted!

Hello all you bloggers, readers, and simmers out there! 

I am happy to say that I will be doing the 33 days of cas challenge for the sims 4. 

I found this challenge while on the Sims forum. I notice some people had different things for day one so I added the link as well as all 33 days below so you can take a look and if you're up to it, do it along with me! I did day 1 already, which was color, and I chose pink. Today I am working on Day 2. I will be posting all 33 days to here, my sims community page here, tumblr, and this facebook page (you have to apply and be approved to join this facebook page).

Stella was the only daughter to her young and loving mother, Sophia. Stella was a straight A student and always on her best behavior. As a reward, her mother would take Stella once a week to the library. That's when her mom met Henry. He seemed loving and very caring. Sophia and Henry fell and love and got married 6 months after meeting. One day, Stella came home from school to her mom on the floor crying and holding a hand to her face. Henry stood over her yelling but stopped as soon as he saw Stella. Stella ran to her room and locked the door. That was when the abuse started for both Sophia and Stella. Stella's grades began to drop and she started getting detentions almost daily.  She and her mother were afraid of Henry and what he might do if they tried to run or told anyone. He never left any marks. He knew how to hit them without leaving physical evidence. One day Stella decided to cut school and go home. When she arrived her mom was on the floor again just like before, only this time she was not crying, there was no yelling, and her mother was not moving. Henry had lost his temper and hit her with a baseball bat and killed her. When she came home he was getting ready to hide her body when stella arrived. She ran and called the police. Henry was arrested and sent to prison. Stella was 16 at the time. Instead of going into foster care, Sophia's sister stepped up and decided to take in Stella like one of her own. Sophia's sister, Elle, was a single mother to her daughter Bella who was only 5. Elle's husband passed away in a car accident before Bella was born and Elle had turned his office into a guest room when Bella was 3.  At 17, Stella dropped out of high school and despite Elle trying to make Stella comfortable and being there for her, Elle came home from work one day to find all of Stella's belongings gone. Stella ran away but Elle wants her back home...

Sad news :(

Hello all you bloggers, readers, and fellow Simmers out there! 

I have some sad news...

All challenges will have to start over. 

Something happened with my game and ALL of the challenges I was working on or started have disappeared. I am not sure what happened but I am not a happy camper. It was weeks for the wonderchild challenge and The hidden child challenge, as well as the Big sister challenge, are GONE! I also redid Newcrest and it disappeared as well. All the lots I placed were gone. If anyone can help me out with why that happened, it would be much appreciated, just comment below! 

I am hoping that the game I am playing now do not disappear. I just started a vampire family! 

I will leave up what I had of the wonder child challenge for now until I am able to start the new game play.
